Kamara is a Lawyer in the Litigation Department and specializes in Arbitration, Insolvency, and Dispute Resolution.
Kamara is currently involved in three notable arbitration matters involving parties within the construction and procurement sectors. He is also part of the legal team advising and defending several statutory regulators and a government corporation against suits commenced in the High Court and relevant Tribunals challenging the decisions of the said statutory bodies and corporation.
In addition, Kamara contributed to the Kenyan chapter of the Chambers Global Practice Guides: Corporate Merger & Acquisition, 2021 and Chambers Global Practice Guides: International Arbitration, 2020.
