  • Acting as legal counsel for Vodafone Uganda in relation to 700,000,000 Uganda shillings loan facilities given to Vodafone Uganda staff by DFCU Bank, Standard Chartered and Ecobank Uganda Limited when Vodafone Uganda was placed under Insolvency Proceedings in February 2018.
  • Acting as Legal Counsel for Afrimax Uganda Limited in relation to a refinancing facility from Nedbank Limited as an equity partner in Afrimax Uganda Limited in 2018.
  • Acting for Vodafone Uganda in connection to a 2million Us Dollars loan facility by Ecobank Uganda Limited in March 2018.
