Gifty is an Associate with AB & David, Ghana. Her areas of focus are Finance, Commercial Litigation & ADR, Labour & Immigration and Merger and Acquisitions. Her recent work with the firm includes advice on a share acquisition by a private insurance company in a leading Ghanaian Public company and advice on loan and security transactions for International Lenders and DFI’s in the oil and gas, commodities, hospitality, real estate and health sectors. She serves on the Junior Management Team of AB & David, Ghana.

Gifty holds a BA in History and Philosophy from the University of Cape Coast, obtained an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of both the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
