His experiences span about 2 years of commercial dispute resolution including expert determination proceedings and arbitration. He has assisted in providing high level legal advice to both local and international clients in the energy, oil and gas sector. He also represents and provide legal opinion to a wide range of corporate clients in the areas of Intellectual and Immovable Property, Infrastructure, PPPs and Energy.

Thought Leadership / Speaking Engagement

He made presentations during continuous professional development seminars on areas such Immovable Property and Labour Law. Aside his articles on payment systems and services in Ghana and juvenile justice system in Ghana, Godwin is known among his colleagues as the lawyer who knows where to find the law by effective legal research.
