Vera Owusu Osei

Vera Owusu Osei is a Partner with the Corporate and IP Telecoms & Technology practice groups of the Ghana office of AB & David Africa. She has over 17 years of experience in M&A transactions and corporate restructuring, corporate governance, compliance and general regulatory advice for local and international clients. Vera worked with the M & A and Corporate Team of Hogan Lovells under the Commonwealth Professional Fellowship Program. She was the co-lead of the AB & David team that advised Millicom International Cellular S.A on the Bharti Airtel and Tigo Ghana merger. She has also assisted clients dealing with opportunities and threats resulting from globalization and technology and its impact on intellectual property. She has represented myriad clients in the telecoms, upstream oil and gas, technology and insurance sectors.
