Abdul Wahid is an Associate at AB & David, Ghana. His areas of focus are Commercial Litigation, Corporate, Taxation, Energy and Natural Resources & Extractive Industries. His recent work with the firm includes a review of commercial agreements in compliance with Ghanaian Laws, and conduct of due diligence for both local and multi-national clients.
He holds both a BA in Linguistics with Sociology and an LLB from the University of Ghana. He also obtained a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
