Darley Ofosu-Dorte is an associate at AB & David. Her areas of focus are Intellectual Property, Telecoms & Technology; Banking & Finance; Labour, and SMEs. Her recent work includes the provision of advice to key clients on compliance requirements regarding the launch of various technology solutions in Ghana, preparing agreements for major finance transactions, and reviewing employment contracts and policies for multinational institutions.

She obtained her LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology

She holds a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
