Joseph has over eight (8) years of experience is in the areas of Dispute Resolution (Commercial Litigation), Employment & Labour, Government Business & Regulation and Property. He has assisted clients with the preparation of employment policies and documentation, negotiation of labour-related disputes and proceedings before the National Labour Commission. Joseph has also assisted with the preparation of the Land Use and Spatial Planning Act and accompanying Regulations
