Joel is an Associate at AB & David (Uganda). Joel has offered legal and transaction support to several organizations setting up and carrying on business in Uganda. His recent work includes assisting with the registration of trademarks for corporate organizations, flotation of companies (both local and foreign (Kenya, United States and Switzerland) including fintech’s, and those involved in the Natural resources and extractives sector of Uganda as well as those carrying on humanitarian interventions. He has offered legal advice and written legal opinions to various clients on a number of issues including advising companies on their options for liquidation and has conducted trainings for firm clients as part of routine support. Joel represents a number of firm clients in courts of law.
