Daisy Codjoe is an Associate at AB & David. Her areas of focus are Corporate and Finance, African trade, Natural Resources & Extractive Industries, and Start-Ups & SMEs. Her recent work includes assisting key clients in the oil & gas industry with regulatory compliance and conducting an assessment of the proposed transaction structure, advising clients seeking to take advantage of the AfCFTA and/or other trade-related matters and generally representing clients on commercial litigation matters. She has also assisted with the conduct of due diligence for transactions involving corporations based in Ghana, South Africa, and Zambia. As a member of the corporate team, Daisy often assists clients fulfill their corporate obligations and liaises with the appropriate registry to ensure the expectations of clients are duly met.

She obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana. She holds a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
