Elly Obegi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Tax Consultant. Obegi has a keen interest in transnational law, dispute settlement, constitutional and human rights law, and regional integration. He practices as a dispute resolution lawyer handling various constitutional, commercial, tax and EAC Treaty Law and regional integration matters. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law
