Esther-Maureen is an Associate at AB & David, Ghana. Her areas of focus are Dispute Resolution, Labour and Employment Matters and Corporate and Regulatory Compliance. She has represented several multinational organizations and state institutions in various litigation matters, particularly in the areas of debt recovery, mining and construction. She has also advised clients on issues regarding labour and employment issues, tax and corporate compliance.

Her recent work includes review of redundancy and finance arrangements for a multinational commercial company, advice to a multinational trading company on its tax liabilities, advice to a multinational agri-business company on labour and employment issues and the transfer of employees. She advises clients on the development of employment contracts/Policies/Manuals, conducts due diligence, and represents clients in commercial litigation.

She holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy, as well as an LLB form the University of Ghana. She also obtained the Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International bar Association.
