Grace is the country head of the Dispute Resolution and Employment practice group. She is also an integral part of the Banking, Corporate & Finance practice group and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in various sectors including mining, transport and pharmaceuticals. Grace has further advised clients in various sectors on deals that cut across a wide spectrum. She has been recognized as a Rising Star – Corporate and M&A, Project Development in the IFLR 1000 2021-22 Edition.
