Irene has over nine (9) years of experience in corporate advisory, tax & investment, energy, mining, real estate & property matters. She has advised on and assisted with the structuring of various transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters, statutory and regulatory compliance as well as cross-border M&A transactions in diverse sectors including the telecommunications , banking and financial services , mining and tourism sectors.

She currently serves as the group co-ordinator for the firm’s corporate practice group and  also co-ordinates the activities of  ABD’s related company ABD Consulting, a consulting firm focused on Africa project origination, project development and related advisory services .
