Mambwe holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Cape Town. She has several years’ experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, having worked as Legal Counsel at one of Zambia’s biggest banks prior to joining AB & David.    She has vast knowledge in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Transactions, Competition Law and is a key resource in Corporate Governance and Board Advisory Services.

Her experience of about 12 years cuts across several notable transactions including being part of a team that conducted a detailed Due Diligence for and on behalf of a client for the possible acquisition of one of Zambia’s largest copper mines, giving the client multifaceted advice on, inter alia, finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions regulations, insolvency, employment, liquidation, mining, environment, land acquisition, land divestiture.

She has been ranked as “rising star” (IFLR 1000).
