Marietta is an Associate with AB & David, Ghana. Her areas of focus are Corporate & Finance, Property, Intellectual Property & Telecommunications, Employment & Labour Matters, and Commercial Litigation. Her recent work includes advice on labour and redundancy matters for one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies, advice on property acquisition by an energy company, drafting tenancy and employment agreements, company secretarial services for the board of a leading energy technology company and representing clients in court.

She holds a BA in Sociology and Adult Education from the University of Ghana. She also obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana, and Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
