Miss. Mumbi Nsofu is an admitted practitioner whose legal practice and years of experience has thus far straddled across two different Jurisdictions and legal systems. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of Botswana competent in Roman Dutch Law, as well as an admitted Advocate of the High Court of Zambia practicing under English Common Law. She worked in the Public sector under the Attorney General’s Chambers Directorate of Public Prosecutions in Gaborone Botswana before Joining the Private Sector in the year 2017. She later Joined Messrs AB & David, Zambia where she is currently working in Private Practice undertaking tasks such as Corporate Advisory services, Litigation, Legal Research, Banking and Finance securities registration, Real Estate and Land Conveyance, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law as well as legal compliances.
