Naa Ayeley is an Associate at AB & David, Ghana. Her areas of focus include Infrastructure & PPPs, Corporate, Intellectual Property & Technology and Government Business & Legislative drafting. Her recent work includes due diligence for the acquisition of a portfolio of wind generation power assets in South Africa, Egypt, Ghana and Senegal, preparation of a market analysis report and local content participation in the power sector in Ghana. She is also part of the team working on a multimodal corridor West Africa project.  She serves on the Junior Management Team of AB & David, Ghana.

She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana. She also holds an MSc. Degree in International Business Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana and her Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
