Princess Akuwa Agbesi is an Associate at AB & David Africa. Her areas of focus are Tax, Public Sector Advisory and Government Business, Natural Resources, and Extractive industries, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Her recent work includes successfully assisting subcontractors in the petroleum industry to resolve a multi-million dollar tax dispute with a state agency. Her experience also extends to providing efficient tax strategies and corporate advice to independent power producers, global telecommunications operators, and international manufacturing companies, among others. She conducted due diligence on the purchase of a global mining services company and also assisted a co-arbitrator in an ICC arbitration.
Princess is a chartered tax consultant. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Law degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Princess is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana, the International Bar Association, and the Ghana Bar Association
