Susan is an Associate at AB & David (Uganda). Susan has offered legal and tax advisory support to clients across several businesses and sectors in Uganda.  Her recent work includes transaction advisory support in mergers & acquisitions, registration of trademarks for corporate organizations, incorporation and registration of companies (both local and foreign), company secretarial support, contract reviews and drafting for clients engaged in the energy, real estate and banking sectors of Uganda. She has guided clients on employment and Labour matters, offered transaction support on equity financing, debt recovery and conducted trainings for firm clients as part of routine support. Susan represents a number of firm clients in courts of law and arbitration tribunals.
