US$30m IFC financing for LMI power and water projects

Sensitization on ETCS in Africa Trade

The Africa Export-Import Bank (Afrexim) has begun a series of training on Export Trading Companies (ETCs) to sensitive African countries about the unique role of ETCs in facilitating intra-African trade under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) as well as trade outside Africa.

AB & David is delighted to have advised Afrexim on the development of the model regulatory framework for ETCs across pilot countries (South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Cote D’Ivoire, Morocco and Ghana). The model framework is designed to facilitate the emergence and expansion of ETCs across Africa.

Rail-Fluvial multi-modal transport project

AB &David is proud to have been the transaction advisor to LMI Holdings on this landmark project which is expected to facilitate the transportation of containers and other cargo from Tema port to the north of Ghana and the Sahel region through a multi-modal transport system which will involving two inland ports, rail and road.

$130m Lithium mine in Zimbabwe

We wish to congratulate our client, Max Mind Investments (Zimbabwe) Limited for spearheading the new US$130 million lithium mine in the Buhera district in Zimbabwe which is set to produce 300 000 tonnes of the mineral a year.
